Shipshape Network Event “East Anglia HUB: A New Journey”

The event marks the conclusion of the Coastal Communities funded Shipshape East Anglia (SEA) project and presents its achievements. The SEA project is the first stage in developing a Business Maritime HUB based at the International Boatbuilding Training College in Oulton Broad North (www.ibtc.co.uk )as part of the larger Shipshape Network, managed by National Historic Ships UK.www.shipshapenetwork.org.uk.
The event will run on Wednesday the 14th of December 2016, 11am-6pm at the Wherry Hotel in Oulton Broad North (http://www.wherryhotel.com), with afternoon visits to the IBTC and other local projects.
On the day we will present the outcomes of the SEA HUB and the experiences of other projects based in the Lowestoft area, which work within the traditional maritime field. Light lunch and refreshments will be served during the day.
For the first time companies and owners will have the chance to meet and share ideas to progress and develop the maritime sector.
In order to arrange space and food please be aware that only guest who confirmed their participation will be admitted.
