History

BARBARY T was originally a Harbour Launch/Steam Pinnace of double diagonal teak and oak construction and was built by Gill & Son at Chatham in 1910. After service with the Royal Navy she became a coal and fish bait cargo vessel in the Bristol Channel. She was later converted for use as a houseboat.
